• Hard-refresh first (Ctrl+Shift+R) — cached scripts cause most 'broken tool' reports
• Check the formula or spec note on the page; the answer is often there
• For QR problems, include the payload length and error-correction level

What we act on fastest

Spec mismatches with a citation (WCAG, ISO/IEC 18004, GS1 check digits) are fixed first. Feature requests are batched into the next toolkit update.

Reporting a rendering bug

For CSS generator issues, include the browser and version plus the exact slider values. For QR problems, include the payload text (or its length), the error-correction level and the printed size — density failures are almost always a payload-length problem rather than a code bug.
